Common questions

Clear expectations make for a better starting point.

Ask us a question
Can you guarantee my page will be published?

No honest agency can. Wikipedia’s volunteer editors decide what stays. What we can do is assess your eligibility honestly before you pay, and build your page on the reliable sources that give it the best chance.

What makes someone eligible for a Wikipedia page?

Wikipedia calls it ‘notability’: significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of you, such as major newspapers, magazines, books or trade publications. Press releases, your own website and paid articles don’t count.

Do you disclose that you’re paid?

Yes. Wikipedia requires paid editors to disclose their connection, and we follow that policy on every project. It protects your page from being removed later.

Can I control what the page says?

You’ll review the draft and can suggest changes, but the article must stay neutral and based on published sources. Wikipedia pages aren’t advertisements, and promotional wording gets removed.

How long does it take?

A new page usually takes 1–4 weeks to research and write, and edits or updates take 1–10 days. After submission, Wikipedia’s volunteer reviewers set their own pace, so the final review time can vary.
